Saving the Flash/Update files for Sony Ericsson phones updated by SEUS

This is an amazing trick for people with slow net connection who want to flash their phone maybe due to some reason on a regular basis..

Now for this first of all you need the Update Service installed on your Computer.

1. Start the Update Service
2. Go to \Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service
3. There you would see a folder named 'db' under that you would have '13740270\blob_fs'
4. Now start the update of your phone by the process the service asks you to
5. As the update service has downloaded all the required files and started to Install it on your Phone
6. Goto the bob_fs folder and copy all files starting with FILE_* and keep them somewhere safe

7. You  have just copied the flash files required by the software for your current update
8. Now, the next time you need to flash your phone just follow the same steps
9. And when the software tells you that you already have the Latest Update just goto the blob_fs folder and copy back the files you copied earlier

10. Start the process..
11. Update Service would find the files already available and so will not download the files and thus it would only Check for Updates if available and the files you copied will be used for flashing
12. This would decrease the time required to download the files
13. This method is very useful incase you have slow Internet connection that means you just need to download the files once and use them again and again as and when you need to re-flash you SE phone

Remember, this process only works in case your phone doesnt have any new update since in that case it would start downloading the new version files.
